HARAZ COFFEE HOUSE
Featured Locations
Western Blvd - Haraz
Location: Western Blvd
Size: 2,600 SF
Haraz Coffee House at Western Blvd was the first location in this series and served as an introduction to the brand’s spatial and operational needs. I joined the project following permitting to support the interior design phase, focusing on translating the established brand identity into a cohesive and functional interior environment.
My involvement centered on interior finishes, material coordination, and spatial refinement to enhance the customer experience while aligning with the approved architectural framework. The design emphasizes warmth, clarity, and durability, creating a welcoming café atmosphere suited for daily use and high customer turnover.
Poyner Place - Rimal Dubai
Location: Poyner Place
Size: 3,975 SF
The Poyner Place location was the second and largest project in the series, allowing for a more comprehensive design scope. For this location, I led the interior design and produced technical drawings to support construction and coordination with the general contractor.
The layout was developed to accommodate a larger footprint, incorporating multiple seating zones, clear circulation paths, and an efficient service area. Emphasis was placed on material consistency, lighting strategy, and constructability, ensuring the design intent could be accurately executed on site. This project highlights my experience bridging design and technical documentation within a commercial franchise environment.
Durham - Haraz
Location: Durham
Size: 2,800 SF
The Durham location was the final project in the Haraz Coffee House series and reflects a refined application of the design framework developed across earlier locations. For this project, I was responsible for both the interior design and the architectural drawings, supporting a cohesive transition from concept through documentation.
The layout and architectural plans were developed to align with Haraz’s brand standards while responding to the site’s specific constraints and operational needs. Interior design decisions focused on material continuity, durability, and atmosphere, ensuring the space supports efficient service flow and a welcoming customer experience. This project demonstrates my ability to integrate architectural documentation with interior design intent within a commercial franchise environment.
